Cool Breath™ Shipping and General Order Policy
1. General
This Shipping Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made on the website located at https://trycoolbreath.com ("Site"). By placing an order through the Site, you agree to the terms set forth herein.
All dispatch and shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and are subject to variations due to customs clearance processes, remote delivery locations, carrier delays, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
2. Dispatch and Processing
Orders are processed for dispatch within 8 hours following the Order Confirmation.
Processing includes verification, quality assurance, and packaging. Tracking details shall be provided within 48 hours from the processing date.
Dispatch and shipping times are estimated in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
All delivery periods commence from the date the Shipping Confirmation is issued.
Cool Breath™ shall not be liable for delays arising from customs clearance or other events outside of its reasonable control.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on the destination:

Orders may be shipped in one or more installments without affecting the Customer’s obligation to accept delivery.
Risk in the products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery as evidenced by the carrier's confirmation of delivery at the Customer’s nominated address.
4. Shipping Protection
Cool Breath™ offers Shipping Protection for an additional fee of $3.49, covering loss, theft, and damage in transit. This insurance does not cover cases of non-delivery due to typos or missing information in the shipping address. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the details before confirming the order.
Shipping Protection can be selected at the cart or checkout. Customers who do not select this option acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft incurred after dispatch.
Without Shipping Protection:
- Cool Breath™ shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft.
- Reshipments may be offered at the Customer’s expense (approximately $12.49 for shipping and handling).
5. Tracking Information
Customers will receive notification emails containing tracking information once orders are dispatched.
Delivery status can also be reviewed at any time via the Track Your Order page on the Site.
6. Authority to Leave
Unless otherwise specified during checkout, Customers authorize delivery personnel to leave parcels at the nominated shipping address without requiring a signature.
In the event the carrier deems the delivery location unsafe, parcels may be:
- Redirected to a collection point,
- Scheduled for re-delivery, or
- Returned to the dispatch warehouse.
If you reside in a building, you must ensure that there is a secure area accessible for delivery personnel to leave your parcel. Please be advised that couriers may not have permission to enter residential buildings, secured areas, or resident-only spaces due to building security protocols.
It remains the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure:
- That the parcel is not left unattended for an unreasonable period; and
- That appropriate delivery instructions are provided, where necessary.
If you have designated a locker, lockbox, or similar facility as your shipping address, it is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate access information, including any necessary codes, at the time of placing your order.
Failure to provide necessary access details may result in a delivery failure. In such cases:
- Cool Breath™ shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or non-delivery; and
- Cool Breath™ shall not be obligated to issue a refund or send a replacement order.
Failure to accept or collect delivery within fourteen (14) days of the first attempted delivery may, at Cool Breath™'s discretion, result in:
- Storage fees and reasonable administrative charges; and/or
- Cancellation of the Contract and refund of any monies paid, less any costs incurred, in accordance with the Site’s Returns Policy.
7. Incorrect Delivery Address
It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is provided at the time of purchase.
Once the Order Confirmation has been sent, changes to shipping addresses cannot be accommodated.
Cool Breath™ disclaims liability for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the Customer. No refunds or replacement products will be issued under these circumstances.
For redirection requests, Customers must liaise directly with the designated carrier.
8. Tracking Status: “Delivered”
If your tracking information indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please undertake the following steps:
- Inspect the delivery location thoroughly, including all entrances, garages, porches, and any other areas where parcels may be safely placed.
- Check with other members of your household and with neighboring properties to determine whether the parcel was accepted on your behalf.
If you are still unable to locate your parcel:
- Contact the applicable carrier directly, quoting your tracking number and any relevant order details. In some cases, parcels may be held at a local post office or depot pending collection.
If your parcel remains missing after contacting the carrier:
- Please contact Cool Breath™ via our Customer Care team at hello@trycoolbreath.com, providing your carrier case or reference number.
We will investigate the matter further with the carrier. Please note that investigations may take additional time depending on the carrier’s processes.
Important:
Cool Breath™ is not responsible for parcels after the carrier has confirmed delivery unless Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout.
9. Delays, Losses, and Stolen Parcels
Delays
Standard delivery is approximately 14 business days. However, in rare cases (e.g., customs delays, logistics issues), shipping may take up to 60 days.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@trycoolbreath.com. We’ll work to resolve the issue.
Chargebacks should be considered only after giving us a chance to assist.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
Cool Breath™ is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, unless Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout.
Without Shipping Protection coverage, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping Protection provides coverage against loss, theft, or damage during transit and after delivery confirmation, and is strongly recommended for all orders. If you decline this coverage, you accept full responsibility for any delivery-related risks once the carrier marks your order as delivered.
Force Majeure
Cool Breath™ shall not be held liable for any delays, non-deliveries, losses, or damages resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather conditions, wildfires, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, evacuations, labor strikes, transportation interruptions, pandemics, government actions, or other acts of God.
Such events may result in extended shipping times, temporary service suspensions, or inability to fulfill orders.
10. Unable to Deliver
Certain locations may be excluded from delivery services. In such instances, Cool Breath™ reserves the right to:
- Cancel the order and issue a full refund; or
- Offer the Customer the opportunity to provide an alternative delivery address.
11. Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
Customers must inspect products upon delivery.
In the event that:
- the delivered product is damaged,
- the incorrect product was received, or
- only a partial order was delivered,
Customers must notify the Customer Care Team via hello@trycoolbreath.com within seven (7) days of receipt.
Failure to notify within this timeframe may affect the Customer’s rights under this Policy.
12. Resends and Refunds
Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, Cool Breath™ reserves the right to refuse any request for resends or refunds.
The Site’s Change of Mind policy does not apply to replacement orders.
13. Public Holidays
Please note that processing and shipping times exclude weekends and national public holidays.
Customers are advised to allow up to 25 business days from the date of dispatch before initiating an inquiry regarding delayed delivery.

Cool Breath™ General Orders Policy
1. Customer Registration and Subscription
Registration on the Site is not required to place an order.
Customers are not required to create an account or provide personal information beyond that necessary to complete the checkout process.
Cool Breath™ does not offer subscription services.
Customers will never be charged recurring fees, subscription charges, or automatic renewal payments.
2. Placing an Order
Orders may be placed by selecting products and submitting a purchase through the Site in accordance with these Terms.
By placing an order, you warrant and represent that:
- You have reviewed your order details carefully prior to checkout;
- You understand and accept the Terms and Conditions;
- You are legally authorized to purchase the products and make payment using the selected payment method;
- The information provided during the checkout process is current, complete, and accurate.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Cool Breath™ does not offer refunds for mistakenly purchased products.
In cases of mistaken purchases, customers may return products under our applicable Returns Policy.
We reserve the right to request additional information from you to validate or process your order.
3. Acceptance or Rejection of Orders
Upon submission of an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation via the email address provided at checkout.
This Order Confirmation constitutes acknowledgment of receipt of your order only and does not constitute acceptance.
A binding contract for the sale of products is formed only when we issue a Shipping Confirmation.
Cool Breath™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Unavailability of products or stock;
- Suspected intent to resell our products to third parties;
- Suspected fraud, payment irregularities, or security concerns;
- Errors in product description, pricing, or promotional material;
- Orders placed for territories where delivery is not supported.
In the event an order is refused, you will be notified, and any applicable amounts paid will be refunded.
4. Prices, Fees, and Charges
All product prices and applicable shipping fees are displayed on the Site at the time of checkout.
Prices are subject to change at any time prior to issuance of the Shipping Confirmation.
By placing an order, you agree to pay:
- The purchase price of each product, inclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST or VAT unless otherwise indicated);
- The applicable shipping fees; and
- Any other fees or charges identified in these Terms.
Orders will not be dispatched until full payment of the purchase price, shipping fees, and any other applicable charges is received.
Import Charges:
Additional taxes, import duties, customs fees, or other charges ("Import Charges") may be assessed by local government or customs authorities.
Import Charges are not included in our Shipping Fees and are payable by you directly to the applicable authority.
Cool Breath™ is not responsible for reimbursement of Import Charges.
Failure to pay Import Charges may result in the return or confiscation of your parcel without entitlement to refund or redelivery.
5. Order Cancellation
Cool Breath™ reserves the right to cancel or amend orders, without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
- Breach or intended breach of our Terms;
- Hostile or inappropriate communication toward our team;
- Initiation of unwarranted payment disputes or chargebacks;
- Unavailability of products or related accessories;
- Payment authorization failure;
- Delivery impracticalities or address issues;
- Duplicate orders;
- Mutual agreement to cancellation; or
- Any other reasonable grounds.
In the event of cancellation, affected customers will be notified, and any applicable refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Customers may request cancellation or changes of an order by contacting hello@trycoolbreath.com within eight (8) hours of placing the order.
Requests received after the order has been processed will not be accepted, and the order must instead be returned according to our Returns Policy.
6. Product Disclaimers
Customers must read and comply with all user instructions, manuals, product labels, and safety warnings accompanying Cool Breath™ products.
It remains the Customer’s responsibility to verify the absence of allergies or sensitivities to any ingredients contained in Fresh Pods or related products prior to use.
Discontinue use immediately if irritation, allergic reactions, or other issues occur, and consult a qualified medical professional.
Cool Breath™ accepts no liability for misuse, negligence, or failure to follow usage instructions.
Products are intended for their specified purposes only and must be used strictly in accordance with provided instructions.
7. Discount Codes
From time to time, Cool Breath™ may offer discount codes for use on the Site.
If a Customer has a valid discount code, it is the Customer’s sole responsibility to enter and apply the discount code correctly at the time of checkout.
- Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed and processed by our system.
- Cool Breath™ is not obligated to amend, refund, or modify an order where a discount code was not applied at the time of purchase.
- If a discount code does not have an expiry date or is still valid, the Customer may retain and apply it toward a future eligible purchase, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the discount offer.
Discount codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are subject to availability and any additional restrictions set out in the promotional offer.
